One of the great pleasures of being a wedding photographer is shooting at Northumberland’s fabulous wedding venues. One of my favourites is Ellingham Hall. The grounds are perfect for beautiful bride and groom and family portraits. Your photographer will advise you of where and when to take them to make the most of their lawns, stream, wildflower meadow with sea views and rooftop terrace. There is also a playground for kids big and small. Perfect for fun guest photos! If the weather doesn’t allow that there are some fantastic indoor locations. This makes it a great venue in winter too. There are so many cosy rooms, some with open fires. The staff are so friendly and efficient and the food is top class. What’s more the rooms for the bridal suite and guests are absolutely fabulous and there is a beautiful chapel for your ceremony. There are 17 sumptuous rooms and 7 cottages for guests. What more could you ask for!
