Under the Tyne Bridge, Queen Street, Newcastle upon Tyne
The Tyne Bridge spans Queen Street down on Newcastle quayside and evokes wonder at the engineering skills and architecture it involved. Opened in 1928 by King George V it has become a defining symbol of Tyneside. I love the way it slices through the Georgian buildings either side creating a stunning graphic image. Using the skills I learnt at art college, I have used colour washes and textures to my original photograph to produce this fine art print.
When it comes to fine art prints, the standard of paper is very important. So, I use fine art paper and a top quality printing lab ensuring razor-sharp images and impressive detail.
